Peter Sandor

President and Founder

Peter earned his business degree from New York University's Stern School of Business. Peter also attended New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.

Peter's initial training was in public accounting, working for Harris, Kerr, Forster & Company, at the time, one of the 20 largest CPA firms in the nation. From there, he held a variety of corporate financial positions in both large public multi-nationals and closely held businesses. Ultimately, Peter rose to Executive Vice President of a large, regional commercial metal products manufacturer, where he managed 200 people and was responsible for the company's finance and marketing functions.

After his stints in the corporate world, Peter struck out on his own and founded Sandor Marketing Group, a marketing consulting firm and advertising agency. Over the next 20 years, the firm grew to become a multi-award winning company and a very successful provider of high-end strategic marketing and creative services to clients of all types and sizes.

Over the most recent ten years, Peter has served as president at Health HR, a prominent medical staffing company, providing skilled personnel to Florida’s home health industry. In 2021, Health HR was sold to a public company located in Maryland. Over the course of his career, Peter has also been involved as an M&A intermediary in transactions ranging up to $25 million in value.
